Our AKC Shih Tzu puppies are typically priced between $2,500–$3,500, depending on their size, color, and lineage.

Returning Families
Fallen in love with the breed? Returning families receive a $200 discount on their next puppy as a heartfelt thank-you for coming back to us.

Referral Bonus
If you refer someone who adopts a puppy from us, you’ll receive a $50 Amazon gift card after their adoption is complete. Just make sure they mention your name in their application!

Service Appreciation Discount
We offer a $100 discount for individuals in service-based professions:

  • Military (active-duty & veterans)

  • Teachers & school staff

  • Medical professionals (nurses, doctors, PAs, therapists, etc.)

  • First responders (police, fire, EMT)

Just let us know when you apply—it’s our way of saying thank you to those who serve their communities with heart.

📋 Adoption Process

Whether you're ready to adopt a puppy now or hoping to reserve one from a future litter, we’ve outlined both paths below:

Start with our application. If it’s a good match and the puppy is still available, you’ll move straight to the reservation deposit.

👉 Joining the Waitlist?
Planning ahead? You’ll follow our waitlist steps below to secure your spot for a future litter.

Step 1: Puppy Application
Fill out our Puppy Application so we can learn more about you and what you're looking for in a companion.

Step 2: Phone Interview
We’ll reach out to schedule a phone call to answer questions and get to know each other better.

Step 3: Deposit to Reserve

  • Available Puppies: If you’re ready to reserve a currently available puppy, a $500 non-refundable reservation deposit is required.

  • Waitlist: To hold your spot for a future litter, a $200 non-refundable waitlist deposit secures your place in line.

Step 4: Puppy Selection (Waitlist Only)
Once a litter arrives, we contact waitlist families in the order deposits were received. You’ll have 48 hours to confirm interest or defer.

Step 5: Final Payment
Final payment is due 3–5 days before your scheduled pickup or delivery date. Payment details and instructions will be provided.

Local families paying in cash may make arrangements to pay at pickup.

Step 6: Puppy Pickup (10–12 Weeks)
Puppies go home between 10–12 weeks, depending on readiness. Pickup and limited delivery options will be coordinated individually.
